We want you to love Invomatic. If you are unsatisfied, contact us at support@invomatic.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
Eligibility
- Refunds apply to Pro or Pro Max subscriptions purchased via Lemon Squeezy.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial transaction.
- Abuse or repeated refunds may result in account suspension.
How to request a refund
- Email support@invomatic.com with your account email and order receipt.
- We will confirm the request and process the refund through Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days.
- You will receive confirmation from Lemon Squeezy/Stripe once the refund is issued.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel future renewals anytime from the customer portal link in your Invomatic dashboard or Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund previous invoices.
