Invomatic ("we", "us") builds billing tools for freelancers and studios. We collect minimal personal information to provide secure invoicing, authentication, and subscription services.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address and workspace metadata stored in Supabase.
- Billing data: subscription status via Lemon Squeezy. Payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy/Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Product usage: anonymous metrics used to monitor service health.
How we use information
We use your data to authenticate users, sync invoices, enforce plan limits, and communicate product updates. We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
Your account data remains until you request deletion. You can email support@invomatic.com to remove invoices or close your workspace.
Security
Invomatic uses Supabase authentication, encrypted network traffic, and Lemon Squeezy for secure subscription management. Access to production data is restricted to authorized operators.
